Montana native Dennis Gaub received his journalism degree from Northwestern University and worked for twenty-five years as a newspaper reporter and editor in the Treasure State and in Colorado, Wyoming, and Michigan. He started as a part-time sportswriter for the Billings Gazette while in high school and was a reporter for the Gazette for twenty years. He later changed careers and worked in the tech field (software) before retiring from corporate life, returned to creative writing, with four books, all published, to his credit, and his McNally biography will become the fifth book. Gaub and his wife, Cathie, live in Billings, Montana, where they tend a community garden plot, enjoy restaurants and other cultural attractions in the state’s largest city, and leave on occasion to explore the country in their motor home.
