
Author - Mark Mitten
Mark is the author of the western novel "Sipping Whiskey in a Shallow Grave." This book has been nominated for the 2013 Peacemaker Award.
He has spent most of his life in Colorado, and just recently moved to Minnesota. He has spent time working at what's called "therapeutic horseback riding centers" and has also worked as an equine vet assistant. There is a saying, "write about what you know," and that is what Mark does. His debut novel is a western, set in 1887 Colorado.
Mark is a member of both the Western Writers of America and the Western Fictioneers
