Michelle Williard Hoffer is a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Certified Stress Management Consultant, Consulting Hypnotist, and Certified Mindful Meditation Trainer. Her success in the hypnosis, mindfulness meditation, and cognitive behavior fields are noteworthy. Michelle holds a Bachelor in Elementary Education with post-graduate credits equating a master's equivalency. Michelle also speaks at conferences, conventions, schools, and civic groups.
Michelle has extensive experience with early childhood education, adolescent education as well as behavior management. Michelle taught first grade in both private and public schools for nearly 15 years where she was hailed as a passionate and uplifting educator. Michelle focused on the individual needs of each student to ensure their success. Her personal and professional experience is critical in helping younger clients, who cannot state, or do not understand, why they feel the way they do when they are in distress.
Michelle is a cancer survivor and a survivor of long-term domestic violence. She has propelled her mission of serving survivors of domestic abuse into her Soaring Minds System. She has effectively managed the intense challenges of her unique and dynamic picture of posttraumatic stress following abuse. Part of her recovery included rebuilding her confidence, experiencing self-love, and inner peace Her goal is to help as many people as she can through neurolinguistic programming, hypnosis, meditation, tapping, behavior management, goal achievement, posttraumatic stress survival, soaring after leaving a domestic violence situation, divorce coaching, workshops, her books, workbooks, and one-on-one sessions.
Empathy, compassion, and action are key traits in Michelle's personality. Being a positive force as an avid community representative, Michelle participates in several local, all-volunteer, 501c3 charitable organizations and sits on the board of a fresh-produce charity to further awareness for causes in which she believes. Michelle organizes major events in her free time to help fund those multiple non-profit organizations. She carries herself with the uplifting desire and example of leadership to exceed goals.
Proud of her Italian and French heritage, Michelle enjoys creating healthy, flavorful meals and side dishes that are garlic- and onion-free, due to allergies, by incorporating superfoods and super spices to allow for maximum nutrient and health benefits. She enjoys baking and following the "food of the day holiday." Her pizzelle cookies are a highly sought-after Italian treat; and, her homemade French eclair ring is a special treat for loved ones and friends. Michelle is a life-long resident of Hershey, PA - the "sweetest place on earth."
