Author - Oxana Koval Lapchuk

Oxana was born in NYC the same year her father immigrated to the United States. He made sure that she was brought up to respect her heritage so at an early age he sent her once a week to learn the history and culture of the Ukrainian nation. This knowledge has served her well since she was able to work as an interpreter in the 90s for various organizations in the Ukraine and Israel. She has a BA from Queens College and a Masters in Religious Education from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. After graduating she worked in full-time ministry for a season in NYC. She has also worked as a teacher, administrator and has had various sales positions in the insurance industry. She has been married 23 years to her husband Nicolas and they currently reside in Florida.
