Believing he’s destined to become the greatest lycanthrope ever, Chad becomes increasingly frustrated by his inability to change his inner animal. After a meeting with a girl Chad has known for most of his life, he learns about Sage, a guru-like lycanthrope who can change into a variety of animals residing in Las Vegas. To gain support from his friends and permission from his parents, he suggests a road trip to Vegas to attend a high-profile gaming convention. 

Thanks to questionable choices along the way, Chad and his friends have a run-in with a biker gang followed quickly by a fight with another lycanthrope pack, leaving one of their own critically injured. As the trip progresses, motivations are questioned and trust gets pulled in different directions. When they finally get to Las Vegas, will Chad get what he’s been wishing for?  Or will the cost be too high? No matter what Chad chooses to do after he learns the truth, will his friendships survive his desire to become a powerful lycanthrope?
